Millennium Home Care (an affiliate of Millennium Healthcare, LLC) is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in‑home care. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management.
• Develop individualized care plans that address patients’ specific needs and goals.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and self‑care techniques to promote independence.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
• Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient‑centered approach to care.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing high‑quality care.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

$67,349.00 to $84,186.00 per year.
