• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various kidney diseases and conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Relevant experience in Nephrology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of kidney disease, transplantation, and dialysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
