Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time/PRN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assist with activities of daily living and support residents' comfort and well-being
• Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in senior care or long-term care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for part-time and/or PRN shifts
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care
