Position Requirements Description Opportunity for a Full Time CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida. The Surgery Center of Naples is an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America Company. Total Rewards Salary: $230K Sign on Incentive: $75K for 3 year commitment

- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Surgery Center of Naples, $230K, $75K Sign On Incentive for 3 year commitment
