We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team in Naples, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated ER nurse to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while providing high-quality emergency care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assist with emergency procedures and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

• Current, active Florida RN license or Compact RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred/required based on facility requirements.
• PALS certification preferred/required based on facility requirements.
• Previous Emergency Room/ED nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
