• Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to patients
• Support a collaborative, team-based approach to patient management
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during urgent situations
• Assist with medical decision-making, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold professional standards

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
• Ability to obtain a veterinary license in the state of employment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in high-pressure settings
