• Salary:
  New graduates commence at a base of $130,000 plus a percentage-based compensation model.

• We allocate $2000/year towards your attendance at a national meeting. Moreover, we extend the opportunity for a month-long surgical and specialty externship in Buffalo, NY, covering all expenses related to housing and transportation.
