Associate Veterinarian – Naples, FL

A well-established veterinary practice in Southwest Florida is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, multi-doctor team. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse range of medical and surgical cases, from routine procedures to more advanced surgeries, all while receiving strong mentorship and professional support. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care with a strong focus on client relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues and hospital leadership to support a positive workplace culture
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff as needed
  • Manage a balanced caseload that includes both surgical procedures and clinical appointments
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active veterinary license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach to care
