Landscaping Driver – Estate Landscaping (SWFL Area)

Triple J Grassing
. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Landscaping Driver to join our team — someone who values hard work, safety, and teamwork, and wants to grow with a company that treats you like family.
Position:
Landscaping Driver
Location: SWFL (Fort Myers & Collier County)
Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) –
Fridays optional
Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
Preparing trucks and equipment:
Load and secure mowers, gas cans, and landscaping tools on trucks/trailers
Drive company vehicles (NPR truck, bucket trailer, and cargo trailer) safely to and from job sites
Performing maintenance on properties:
Safely operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
Mow, edge, and blow turf and walkways
Prune shrubs and trees; remove weeds and debris
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Report any equipment or property issues to your supervisor
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Are 18 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major moving violations in the past 3 years)
Have some landscaping or lawn care experience
Can safely operate various lawn care equipment and vehicles with or without trailers
Are dependable, motivated, and work well as part of a team
Speak Spanish (a plus, but not required)

Must be 18 years or older
