• Administer structured clinical assessments, interviews, and rating scales
• Collect and document high‑quality clinical data using study‑approved systems
• Maintain inter‑rater reliability through standardization and ongoing training
• Build rapport with participants and guide them through study assessments
• Ensure protocol adherence, accuracy, and compliance with GCP standards
• Coordinate with research staff to support study timelines and participant progress

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Skilled in administering and scoring standardized clinical assessment tools
• Strong interpersonal communication and participant‑engagement abilities
• Meticulous with documentation and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of psychiatric, neurological, or cognitive assessment methodologies
