Our back-of-the-house team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating up Beef s delicious menu items according to recipe specs. Beef 'O' Brady s Cook Responsibilities- Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
