As a Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, assisting servers, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Primary responsibility is for our Bussers to quickly and carefully assist the servers with cleaning dirty tables, taking plates, utensils and drink ware to the kitchen to be washed. Constant guest interaction is a busser’s specialty.

• Ability to quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per the company standards. Including but not limited to observing tables and keeping track of clean, dirty and occupied tables. Pre-bus and bus tables as needed including sweeping of the floor.
• Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards.
• Bussers must always maintain an outgoing personality and be consistently friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Bussers may be also be utilized as food runners and must have the ability to safely carry and balance several plates of food at one time with a good pace.
• The ability to clearly communicate with guests and to servers, bartenders and/or a manager with any concerns or problems with a guest. Such as a long time ticket, a food item that is incorrect or is undesirable to the guest.
• The ability to refill all non alcoholic drinks for guests and to clearly communicate with servers in the event that a guest requests a food or beverage item.
• A consistent positive attitude, handles stress well, and maintains a quick pace and the desire to have fun at work.
• The ability to restock utensils, napkins, condiments and other dining room needs.
• A passion for high standards and the ability to provide Best in class service.
• Approach all tables with a warm, outgoing approach and correctly issue all food and beverage items to our guests. Creates regulars by interacting with guests throughout their dining experience.
• Interacts regularly with seated guests to attend to any needs that the server may have missed or that the guest needs.
