Head Chef

Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Naples, FL.

The Head Chef will oversee and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high‑quality food preparation and presentation.

• Menu planning and creating seasonal and special menus in collaboration with management.
• Supervising and training kitchen staff to maintain food quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Managing inventory, budgeting, and food cost control.
• Collaborating with restaurant management to provide an excellent dining experience for guests.

• Expertise in Culinary Arts, menu planning, and food presentation.
• Proficiency in kitchen management, including inventory control and food cost management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and train kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Creativity and innovation in preparing diverse cuisine and designing exciting menus.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership position in the culinary industry.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with the restaurant management team.
