• Assist servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests; replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes and anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with team members before requests are made.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard; set and maintain stations, break down any buffets, displays and check stations during service or as needed.
• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them for the specific number of guests.
• Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced food and beverage environment or related work experience required with high‑end restaurant experience preferred.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.
• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.

• This is a full‑time position.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
