At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium prime steaks, best-in-class seafood and innovative plant-based entrees which always impress our guests! As aPrep Cook, you will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will also prep and prepare food to ensure a successful shift.

Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important. You may need to maintain the dishwasher station throughout the day and will be asked to help with other duties in the kitchen as well as be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a prep cook
