Part‑Time Bartender

Unidine is hiring immediately for a part‑time Bartender position at Moorings Park, 7330 Premier Drive, Naples, FL 34105. Online applications only.

• Schedule: Monday through Wednesday evenings. Days and hours may vary; must be available for dinner service. Specific details will be discussed during interview.
• Requirement: One year of related bartending experience.
• Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour.

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations concerning service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up assigned bars and requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
• Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests courteously and friendly.
• Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes; practice prudent portion control.
• Check guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
• Receive cash, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
• Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment, deposits, and cash drops; secure bank.
• Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for an attractive display in the bar area.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
