• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu specifications and recipes.
• Ensure all food preparation meets standard quality and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop new menu items.
• Manage and properly store food supplies and ingredients.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of all kitchen and cooking equipment for efficient operation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Culinary school diploma or degree in culinary arts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and cuisines.
