• Assist in the daily operations of kitchen equipment and supplies to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
• Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, grilling, baking, boiling, frying, and sautéing
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Assist the Executive Chef and team in ensuring timely and efficient food production
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold quality and safety standards

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
