Overview
The Quarry Beach Club, a private waterfront community located in Naples, Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal Pantry Cook to join our culinary team. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, team-focused kitchen during the peak season in Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities- Prepare and plate cold menu items including salads, appetizers, and desserts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry station.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards with attention to detail.
- Assist with prep and support other stations as needed.
- Other duties as required.
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 1 year pantry or line cook experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
- Excellent knife skills and understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required.
- Knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
- Reach with hands and arms.
Varies including evenings, weekends, and holidays during season.
What We OfferAs a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits including multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. You will also be eligible for paid time off, holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation$19.00 per hour
