Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in North Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead culinary operations in our Signature Dining Programs, including à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations.
You will supervise scheduling, training, and food preparation, ensure timely resident meals, and uphold food safety and quality standards while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens. Compensation up to $60,000/year plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
