Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an upscale private club and resort-style community. The ideal candidate has a strong background in casual dining, fine dining, country clubs, or luxury resorts, with excellent leadership and guest service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
- Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house staff.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Support events, inventory control, labor management, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
- 4+ years of food and beverage management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and hospitality skills.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and POS systems.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, no overtime.
- Hours: Approximately 60–65 hours per week.
- Schedule: 6 days per week during peak season, with more flexibility during the off-season.
- Casual dining, private club, or resort experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform standard restaurant management duties.
