• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to measure accurately (to a fraction of an inch).
• Treat all glass issues seriously; consider broken glass as an emergency.
• Reliability: attend scheduled work including Monday mornings; no last‑minute cancellations.
• Minimum of one year customer‑facing experience (implied).
