The eCommerce Coordinator supports the daily operations of Marissa Collections’ digital business by managing the online presentation of products, maintaining accurate website content, and processing customer orders. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and the eCommerce Assistant Manager, this role plays an essential part in executing the brand’s digital strategy and delivering a seamless shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. They will work cross‑functionally to ensure accurate product uploads, optimized website merchandising, and efficient fulfillment of online orders.
Responsibilities Include:
Website Operations & Product Management- Learn and execute the eCommerce strategy under the guidance of the Director of eCommerce and eCommerce Assistant Manager.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of website content, including product details, images, categories, and pricing.
- Coordinate and upload product data, assets, and vendor content, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor live site content and troubleshoot discrepancies in product information, imagery, or inventory.
- Assist in organizing and managing the digital asset archive, including image naming conventions and folder structure.
- Support the development and documentation of upload processes and content automation.
- Contribute to digital merchandising by organizing collections and promotions using internal tools.
- Apply platform and industry best practices for category management and content presentation.
- Process daily online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments from store inventory.
- Monitor the order pipeline for potential issues, including fraud checks, shipping delays, or missing customer information.
- Reconcile orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Respond to order‑related customer inquiries via email or phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory, shipping, or fulfillment issues.
- Ensure shipping confirmations and tracking details are communicated accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, receipts, and customer service interactions.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, word processing, and internal communication.
- Coordinate vendor communication for product information, image requests, and content approvals.
- Support eCommerce team initiatives, sales goals, and promotional events through project assistance and data accuracy.
- Act as a brand advocate by developing in‑depth knowledge of featured designers and products.
- Assist in optimizing operational workflows for order fulfillment and website upkeep.
