Retail Processor - Heritage Bay at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida

Heritage Bay, Fort Myers, Florida.

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development.

Provide excellent customer service and receive, record, sort donations to process through the Kaizen system. Follow Kaizen guidelines and 5‑minute drills, meet or exceed production goals with a focus on process improvement. Assist in all areas of production and cross‑train for other roles as needed, including donation attendant, merchandising, and cleaning duties as instructed.

High School graduate or equivalent preferred; experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.

Mobility to turn, lean, kneel, or bend; lift items up to 40 lbs; adhere to processing and pricing guidelines; color recognition; basic math skills; stand for long periods; work in varying temperature conditions.
