Essential FunctionSupports a world class customer experience by leading the operations execution of the store. Assists the flow of product at all stages including inventory, receiving, product placement, backstock and re‑stocking efficiency. Ensures all inventory processes are complete and accurate, and the store is maintained to meet Brand Standards.
Primary Duties- Operations – 60% Effectively support timely execution of shipment processing, including 48‑hour turnaround from delivery, product placement, ASN acknowledgement, damages, inventory accuracy counts, transfers, and retention of all inventory management paperwork. Maintain brand standards and efficiency in stockroom. Keep sales floor, stock room, receiving, shipping, stock, supply, and employee areas clean and organized. Support planogram updates, monthly marketing merchandising floor sets, and price changes as needed.
Maintain an exceptional front and back‑of‑house store appearance to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers. May open or close the store. - Inventory Management/Loss Prevention – 30% Understand and effectively use available company technology and tools to support inventory processes and the omnichannel shopping experience. Compliance with all safety and Loss Prevention policies, inventory control procedures, and HAZMAT regulations.
- People – 10% Works well with others to get the job done in support of the customer and meeting the needs of the store, including good attendance. Provides an optimal customer experience, both external and internal. Supports onboarding and training of new associates as needed. Advocates for diversity, inclusion and belonging.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business, including before or after business hours
- Able to communicate with customers, co‑workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service
- Can read and follow company guidelines outlined in Brand Standards
- Detail oriented
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on all shelves
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Effective Communicator – Proactively and quickly making sense of complex issues; communicating complicated information simply. Excellent collaborator, exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, Agile, Adaptable – Ability to pivot quickly and manage through change in a constantly evolving retail landscape. Strong organizational skills and strategic thinker in providing a clear direction and priorities.
