Towne Center – Naples, based in Fort Myers, Florida

Part‑time

• Demonstrate great customer service skills.
• Receive, record, and sort donations to process through the Kaizen system.
• Maintain full compliance with Kaizen guidelines, principles, audit requirements, and 5‑minute drills.
• Meet or exceed set production goals, focusing on process improvement and increased productivity.
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross‑train to cover other specified job descriptions as needed.
• Perform additional duties such as donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and any other tasks instructed by immediate supervisors.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.

• Mobility to turn side‑to‑side, lean, kneel or bend to perform processing tasks in the backroom or sales floor; frequent and continued lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
• Sort donations according to the Kaizen system; follow all processing and pricing guidelines.
• Ability to see and recognize colors and basic math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods; may work in temperature and climate fluctuations.
