Location:

Egret's Crossing – Naples, Florida (Based in Fort Myers, Florida).

• Provide great customer service: friendly, fast, accurate, and safe.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and promptly assist in checkout at the register.
• Become familiar with all departments/categories to assist with customer questions and requests.
• Greet all customers; take donations and provide receipt; process the donation area and backroom stations.
• Other duties as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

• Experience using cash register, adding machine, credit card machine, and telephone.
• Follow pricing guidelines established in the pricing guide; oral and written instructions.
• Basic math skills; use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding.
• Bend, stoops, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds; stand for long periods of time; may have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
