What You’ll Do- Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer‑first culture.
- Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty.
- Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence.
- Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.
- 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
- Stand for long periods; occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
