As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, combining creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impactful in‑store events, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure our store achieves its high standards.

• Retail experience preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur‑level experience and a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Can work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40
. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary by geographic location. The position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
