We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Keyholder for a full-time, on-site role located in Naples, FL. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and ensuring the team delivers an exceptional shopping experience. You will also assist in managing inventory, achieving sales goals, and supporting the team in meeting operational tasks and initiatives.

This position requires leadership capabilities to oversee store activities in the absence of management and foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise store operations and staff when necessary
• Proficiency in sales and customer service, including building rapport with customers and contributing to sales targets
• Ability to manage inventory, execute operational tasks, and support store standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Previous retail and keyholder experience is preferred
• A passion for fashion and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
