Goodwill INDUSTRIES OF Southwest Florida, INC. Retail Sales Associate (Part Time)

Location:

Towne Center - Naples. Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development.

• Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service on the sales floor and at the register.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and promptly assist at checkout.
• Become familiar with all departments/categories to assist with customer questions and requests.
• Greet all customers; take donations and provide receipts.
• Cross-trained to cover the backdoor donation area and process all stations in the backroom.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

• Required Experience:
  
  High school diploma or the equivalent preferred. Retail experience preferred.
• Required Skills:
  
  Experience using cash register, adding machine, credit card machine, and telephone. Ability to follow pricing guidelines established in the pricing guide; oral and written instructions. Knowledge of basic math; ability to use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding; bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds; stand for long periods;
  
  may have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
