Front House Coordinator

As the Front of the House Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

• Customer Relations
  :
  Ensure that each customer is greeted warmly and receives optimal customer service during their shopping experience.
• Floor Management
  :
  Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Keep sales tables, sales racks, fitting rooms, accessories, and displays visually appealing.
• Operations
  :
  Manage daily operations including register, cash handling, and deposits.
• Training
  :
  Onboard new associates by training them on the register, sales floor, with opening/closing procedures, and customer relations.
• Team Supervision
  :
  The Front of the House coordinator is responsible for managing a small team and making sure employees remain task oriented at all times.
• Social Media
  :
  Assist with the upkeep of the store's social media content through Instagram and Tik Tok.
