Pay: Starting at $20/hour

Experience: 1 year of experience within the Multifamily Property Management industry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
• Respond to inquiries and assist with the leasing application process
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident communication
• Ensure leasing office and community areas are clean and well-presented
• Support marketing efforts, including open houses and promotional materials

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, One Site preferred)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
