Ideal Candidate
  • Have a proven track-record for business development, building long term client relationships, and meeting sales and revenue goals.
  • Be an experienced sales HUNTER, especially in the area of business-to-business commercial contract sales.
  • Have strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying and closing business.
  • Take a structured approach to sales.
  • Excel in a commission-based compensation structure with high earning potential.
  • Comfortable with being held accountable for revenue growth.
  • Be tenacious, optimistic, proactive, confident, ambitious, and maintain a high work and ethical standards.
  • Be motivated to make an impact and WIN.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Drive growth through new client acquisition.
  • Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts.
  • Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop regional contacts and professional network.
  • Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Significant sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning or catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales or pest control) or other business to business situations.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts and negotiate contract terms
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
  • Self-driven and self-disciplined
  • Demonstrated ability to be a top producer and an industry leader
  • Extensive business-to-business sales in a full sales lifecycle environment
  • Must be able to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel outside of target territory may be required)
