The Inside Sales Representative at Home Team Pest Defense is responsible for generating sales by reaching out to homeowners in their assigned area. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships with customers through various outreach methods phone calls, and email. The position offers comprehensive training for individuals without prior sales experience, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate the benefits of Home Team's pest control products and services.

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales by sending email quotes and making telephone calls.
• Engage inbound leads and convert inquiries into satisfied long-term customers
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right pest control plan.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of Home Team's products and services with current and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and exceptional follow-up.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
