Job Description
At Regions the Relationship Banker II meets with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to identify their financial needs and proactively offers Products, Services and Guidance to help them reach financial goals. The role is ideal for retail or sales candidates who want a career with growth and upward mobility.

Primary Responsibilities- Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions.
- Conducts outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers.
- Educates and advises customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business Products and Services, including all loan and deposit types.
- Educates customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
- Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, sharing responsibility for greeting customers and processing transactions.
- Owns and resolves customer issues.
- Refers customers to an internal team of experts for complex financial goals and needs.
- Follows all bank processes, procedures and laws, completing duties assigned by the Branch Manager and ensuring sound banking practices and operational risk management.
This position requires overtime eligibility for hours over 40 per week and is incentive eligible.

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone and via electronic channels.
- Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention.
- Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
