Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate – Wholesale

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside BDC Parts Sales Associate to support our Wholesale Parts Department
. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with wholesale customers, quoting parts, and helping drive sales growth through excellent customer service and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from wholesale customers
• Quote parts pricing and availability accurately and efficiently
• Enter and manage orders in the DMS
• Follow up on quotes to close sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
• Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely fulfillment
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (wholesale experience a plus)
• Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills; DMS experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
