My client is a Private Duty Home Care service covering the State of Florida.
The Company:- Nurse Registry across Florida
- Strong presence on the SW Coast
- Private Duty Home Care and Long-Term Care Insurance
- Well staffed with plenty of Caregivers
- Established and close-knit sales team
- Strong support from the office once referrals are generated
- Develop new Private Duty business across Collier County
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Work closely with Concierge Doctors, ALFs, Hospitals, Senior Living communities and Elder Law firms
- Manage your own diary and territory
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral sources
- Complete the initial paperwork with families before handing the case over to the office
- Proven sales experience within Home Care or a related healthcare environment
- Existing book of business in Collier County
- Strong existing relationships with referral sources
- Experience working with Concierge Doctors, ALFs, Hospitals, Senior Living or Elder Law
- A real go-getter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Highly visible and proactive within their territory
- Tiered commission structure paid monthly and quarterly
- Commission paid for the life of the patient
