Tri Corps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Level II Security Officers to join our team in Naples, Florida. Applicants must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

As a Tri Corps officer, you will play an essential role in protecting people, property, and assets while providing courteous assistance and exceptional customer service. Officers in this position ensure a safe and welcoming environment through vigilance, communication, and professionalism.

• Monitor and control access to properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to identify potential safety or security concerns.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and respectfully.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Document and report all observations, activities, and incidents accurately.
• Collaborate with management and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Stay alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment when responding to any situation.
• Uphold Tri Corps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.

• Positions available in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas.
• Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid State Driver’s License

Class D License Unarmed
