This is a contract role for Private Security Contractors/Close Protection professionals, located on‑site in Naples, FL. The role entails ensuring the safety and security of clients, conducting thorough risk assessments, implementing security protocols, and providing close protection services. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate exceptional situational awareness and professionalism in dynamic and potentially high‑risk environments. Regular reporting and collaboration with the broader security team will also be required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Finance, accounting, and business development skills for managing budgets and supporting operational decision‑making
• Experience in training and professional development, with the ability to lead and mentor team members
• Proven experience in private security, close protection, or related fields
• Relevant certifications in security, protection, or risk management are a significant advantage
