Job Title:

Maintenance Engineer

• Maintain Excellence:
  Ensure the hotel’s facilities are top-notch by performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  Diagnose and address issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions for guests and staff.

  Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues.

• Preventive Maintenance:

• Experience working in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout shift.
