All Year Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in the Naples area as a 1099 contractor. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Your role involves installing various HVAC equipment, including Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Package Units, and Mini Splits, while ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

You will also perform repairs, modifications, replacements, and installations of automatic temperature controls and related equipment, conduct on-site preventative maintenance, and maintain a professional and organized work environment.

• Install and service residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.
• Install various HVAC equipment, including Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Package Units, and Mini Splits.
• Perform repairs, modifications, replacements, and installations of automatic temperature controls, controllers, relays, variable drives, valve and damper actuators, pneumatic and electronic control systems, and similar equipment.
• Conduct on-site preventative maintenance and ensure proper system functionality before leaving the customer's location.
• Maintain clean and organized work vehicles.
• Work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program or trade school equivalent.
• Ability to operate and work from ladders and perform physical labor such as lifting or hauling.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, and torches.
• Comfortable with the installation of flex duct systems.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
