Hughes Exterminators is seeking a full‑time Pest Control Technician – Termite to provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach.

Start your route each day with determination. You will:

• Determine prescribed treatments marked on inspection graphs and specification sheets
• Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris
• Apply wood‑destroying organism treatments: termite bait station installation (Sentricon), trenching and liquid treatment around structures, drilling and liquid application to void spaces or blocks, and spray application to affected areas
• Demonstrate professionalism and driver skill, keeping equipment and vehicle in proper condition
• Collect service payments and handle customer inquiries with patience and helpfulness

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing or certification exams
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary; training provided
