Caloosa Cooling of Ft. Myers, FL is looking to hire an HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in clients' homes and businesses, as well as complete preventative maintenance. This HVAC Service Technician position offers $26-$36+ per hour with additional incentives. Our team participates in monthly incentive programs that are both individual and team-based, fostering a positive work environment. The role is also eligible for generous benefits including a 401(k) plan, company vehicle, tool assistance, health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance, paid vacations, and paid holidays.
