Job Description
Position: HVAC Service Technician
All Year Cooling is currently seeking a full‑time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Naples for a year‑round position. This role entails working 40+ hours per week on residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Our fast‑paced company serves customers across South Florida and the Naples area, offering expert technical support from service management and an efficient dispatch team.

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Proficiency in working on various types of HVAC systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Proficient in climbing, operating, and working on ladders
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Comfortable working independently
• Ownership and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, etc.
• Capable of physical labor such as lifting and hauling
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and willingness to resolve issues
• Availability to work 6 days a week, including nights and weekends (we are operational 7 days a week)

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule:

10‑hour shift (shift patterns vary; 6 days a week)

Payment: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities
