As a
Service Technician
, you will play a key role in maintaining our
beautiful communities
, ensuring our residents receive
fast, professional service
while keeping the property’s buildings, grounds, and equipment in peak condition.

• General Maintenance
  – Maintain and repair
  appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and exterior buildings
  to ensure top-quality operations.
• Preventative Maintenance
  – Schedule and perform routine maintenance to
  proactively address potential issues
  before they arise.
• Service Requests
  – Respond
  promptly and professionally
  to resident maintenance needs, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency.
• Apartment Turnovers
  – Prepare
  market-ready apartments
  by performing repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Safety & Compliance
  – Adhere to
  OSHA safety standards
  , company policies, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Grounds & Community Upkeep
  – Keep property
  clean and well-maintained
  , including
  snow removal and seasonal pool maintenance
  where applicable.
• On-Call Rotation
  – Be available for emergency maintenance needs as part of an
  on-call schedule
  .
• Customer Service Focus
  – Maintain
  positive and professional
  relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience
  or related field.
• EPA HVAC Certification
  (or ability to obtain within 6 months, paid by the company).
• Ability to handle
  basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  .
• Strong
  problem-solving skills
  and attention to detail.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
  preferred (if the community has a pool).
• High school diploma/GED
  or equivalent experience.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  .
