We are looking to hire HVAC Install Assistants in Naples to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have some familiarity with general HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting and maintenance. This position will work hand-in-hand with an HVAC Lead Installer, so the opportunity to gain knowledge is great. • Duties include installation and general maintenance of customers’ equipment.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
• Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures.
• Maintain an organized, clean vehicle and work site.

• Must have some HVAC installation experience - either from schooling or work experience
• Must have a clean and safe driving record.
• Must be honest & ethical.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must have a positive attitude and a true interest to personally improve.
• Must have good hygiene.

• The position requires a considerable amount of physical activity including walking and standing for lengthy periods of time.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces and reaching/grasping.
• Equal amount of time spent indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours.
