Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Craftsman/Patio Screen Technician to join our team in Naples, FL. The position starts with screen repair as the primary responsibility but offers significant growth opportunities to expand into a broader handyman or craftsman role. If you have hands-on experience, a great work ethic, and a willingness to grow, we would love to hear from you.

We are offering a starting rate of $20 per hour and up based on skillset to our Screen Repair Technician/Handyman.

Screen Repair:
Repair and replace window, door, and patio screens using a variety of materials (fiberglass, aluminum, etc.).

• Craftsman Tasks:
  Assist with general repairs and maintenance, such as hardware installation, basic carpentry, and small home improvement projects.
• Customer Service:
  Provide professional and friendly service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Growth Opportunities:
  Expand into a full‑fledged handyman role with training and experience.

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

• Minimum 2 years of screen repair experience required; handyman experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with a pre‑employment background check.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Own standard set of tools.
