HVAC Technician

Overview

SOAVE MECHANICAL is hiring! We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in quality work and doing things the right way. In this role, you’ll handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of onsite HVAC systems, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and up to standard. You’ll work independently, document your work thoroughly, and communicate findings clearly with your manager and team.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of onsite HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation and compliance with standards.
• Document work thoroughly and communicate findings clearly with management and team.
• Work independently and maintain a clean, organized worksite and vehicle.

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting.
• Understanding of superheat, subcooling, airflow, and proper system charge.
• Comfort working with live high- and low-voltage systems.
• Bring your own tools; maintain a clean worksite and vehicle; behave professionally and ethically with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and stand, kneel, bend, or work overhead for extended periods in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday with some on-call during weekends.
