We are seeking Field Support Technicians for on-site POS device installation and support.
Key Responsibilities- Check in with the Manager on Duty and review the work order.
- Deinstall existing POS devices and cables.
- Install and configure P630/M425 POS devices and required cabling.
- Enter network settings and complete device pairing/configuration.
- Perform required downloads, reboots, and system testing.
- Complete a test transaction with the store/branch manager.
- Clean the work area and obtain client sign-off before checkout.
- Field Service / POS / IT hardware installation experience preferred.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and travel to assigned locations.
- Professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
